The Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, also known as the Zeneakadémia, is one of the most iconic buildings in Budapest’s 6th district. It serves as a prestigious higher education institution for music and is one of the most significant venues in Hungary’s classical concert scene. The Zeneakadémia opened its doors between 12–14 May 1907.
The Academy is only accessible during the day through organised tours. For the general public, it opens one hour before concerts.
