The Árpád-Házi Saint Margaret Church, commonly known as Saint Margaret Church or Lehel Square Church, stands on Saint Margaret Square in Budapest. This magnificent building is located in District XIII, in Újlipótváros, on the former Lehel Square. The church was consecrated in 1933 and was named after Saint Margaret of Hungary following her canonisation in 1944. It is considered one of the largest churches in Budapest, offering regular masses, as well as daily opportunities for confession and Eucharistic adoration. The church also hosts numerous communities that warmly welcome seekers and those interested in learning more about the faith.
Since 1 October 2017, the church has been open to the faithful and visitors throughout the day.
